Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Staff nurses who are having at least two years of experience working in various units such as medical or surgical or emergency or Intensive units and Operation Theatre of selected private medical college hospitals. Nurses work at higher levels such as Nurse incharge or Supervisor or Nursing Superintendent or Assistant Nursing superintendent or Chief Nursing Officer or Nurse Director etc of selected private medical college hospitals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Staff nurses who are under probation or training period
