Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 51 to 80 years Patient having the sign and symptoms of BPH Prostatic Weight 25 -60 gm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age less than 51 and more than80 years Cases with prostatic carcinoma Patient who are not willing to give written consent for participation in the study
