Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 20 to 45 years Gender male and female both College students IT Sector employee Working adults

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of medical illness especially neurological diseases sleep disorders such as insomnia or narcolepsy sleep apnea History of thyroid hypertension type-2 diabetes Any History of psychiatric disturbances (such as anxiety depression) On daily dose of medication concerning above mentioned health problems
