Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Single rooted teeth with closed apex 2.Patients with asymptomatic teeth having pulp necrosis with PAI score =3 PAI =5 3.Patients having no signs of pain, soft-tissue swelling, and tenderness to palpation of adjacent soft-tissues, tenderness to pressure and percussion of the tooth 4.ASA I patients aged between 16-45 years 5.Absence of response to cold, heat and electric pulp sensibility tests 6.Patients who were not under analgesics and antibiotics for one week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with systemic disease 2.ASA II and above 3.Previously initiated teeth 4.Previously root canal treated tooth 5.Teeth with severe periodontal bone loss 6.Teeth with cracks, vertical tooth fracture, calcifications and immature apex 7.Pregnant and lactating mothers Teeth with unrestorable and destructed crown
