Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inflammatory type gingival enlargement more than 2mm Mc Gaw Index Adequate amount of keratinized tissue

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic diseases and drugs Pregnant and lactating Smokers Infrabony pockets Poor oral hygiene

MeasureTime frame
Will wound healing be better in 0.25% Beta-sitosterol Gel over 0.2% hyaluronic acid gel Timepoint: Base line to twenty one days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Will low level laser therapy with 0.25% Beta-sitosterol Gel or 0.2% hyaluronic acid gel show better healing than 0.25% Beta-sitosterol Gel or 0.2% hyaluronic acid gel application alone Timepoint: Base line to twenty one days
