Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Adult patient of 20 to 60yrs age group of either sex -Weight of 30 to 60 kilograms -ASA grade I and II -Undergoing general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation for elective surgery. -Fasting more then 8 hours -BMI less then 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patient refusing -Patients with poor lung compliance -Patients with cardiac disease, renal disease and hepatic disease Known anatomical laryngotracheal anomaly.
