Intervention1: Hip hinge exercises: The intervention is started with a 5-10 mins of warm up protocol followed by a 15-20 minutes session of Hip hinge exercises which basically involve proper movement

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Novice football players 2.Having atleast 1 year of experience of play 3.Actively participating in football for atleast 1 hour/day for 3 days/week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Players with ligament sprain and muscle strain injuries limiting their performance in play 2.Players with history of surgery within past 1 year
