Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who give written informed consent, age 15 to 45 years, with advanced keratoconus and corneal thickness of less than 400um will be taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of Corneal scar Patients who have undergone C3R in same eye. Limbal stem cell deficiency History of previous Ocular trauma Patients with glaucoma, uveitis, cataract Patients with corneal decompensation or dystrophy •Acute hydrops •Noncompliance with follow-ups •Patient with history of serious illness any physical, or mental problem.
