Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fully Erupted permanent dentition 15 to 33 years of age. Requiring Extra alveolar bone screw as a method of anchorage for retraction of teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic diseases or syndromes Long-term anti-inflammatory medication Extraction or missing permanent teeth History of previous orthodontic treatment Parafunctional habits Grossly decayed teeth • Any cases of facial asymmetry • Temporomandibular dysfunction
