Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy or stable CKD or stable left ventricular dysfunction 2.Subjects willing to take part in the study after informed consent. 3.Subject willing to undergo FOT after informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Inability to provide informed consent. 2.Recent hospitalization within 4 weeks. 3.Contraindication for FOT like fever, cough with expectoration, hemoptysis, chest pain, suspected viral infection 4.Subjects on bronchodilators, cough syrups on the day of FOT 5.Past or current history of chronic lung disease like COPD, Asthma , ILD

1.To study resistance at 5, 10 & 20 Hz, reactance X5, small airway resistance (R5-R20), AX, Delta X5 in CKD & healthy subjects by FOT. 2.To study resistance at 5, 10 & 20 Hz, reactance X5, small airway resistance (R5-R20), AX, Delta X5 in LVD & healthy subjects by FOT 3.To compare resistance at 5, 10 & 20 Hz, reactance X5, small airway resistance (R5-R20), AX, Delta X5 in CKD with age, gender & height matched healthy controls.Timepoint: Single point study
