Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women of reproductive age between 18-45 years with mild (9.9-11.9 gm/dl) to moderate (7-9.9 gm/dl) iron deficiency anemia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study participant with Severe anemia (Hb less than 7gm/dl). Uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension,thyroid disease. Heavy & irregular menses Pregnant and lactating women
