Intervention1: Yogic and Ayurvedic Intervention: In Yogic intervention, patients will be practicing yoga 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week and increasing 10 mins every week, reaching 60 minutes a day. I

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients aging between 16 to 30 years diagnosed as PCOS by Rotterdam criteria, willing to be part of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients already receiving treatment - Refusal to participate in the study - Etiology of symptoms other than PCOS - Patients taking oral hypoglycemic agents for impaired glucose tolerance test. - Seeking infertility treatment.

Primary Outcome- Changes in Anthopometry ( BMI, Waist hip ratio) and level of oxidative stress markers ( Glutathione reductase, Reduced Glutathione, Super Oxide Dysmutase) Timepoint: at beginning, at 6 months, at 12 months

MeasureTime frame
Changes in Menstrual cycle length, Ferriman- Gallaway score, fasting blood glucose and insulin and serum testosterone.Timepoint: at beginning, at 6 months, at 12 months
