Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 16-70 years of either sex. 2. Clasical signs and symptoms of Urdwaga Amalpitta fit for diagnostic criteria. 3. Participants from whom written consent is obtained. 4. Subjects willing to give consent. 5. Subjects who are not using proton pump inhibitors, Antacids for 2 or more than 4 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who are on NSAIDS, Antibiotic and other long term medications. 2.Chronicity more than 3 years. 3.Subjects having history of Gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcer, CA of stomach. 4.Any medical conditions, laboratory findings or physical examination findings like vital signs, outside the normal range. 5.Subjects on any concomitant medications like oral contraceptives, thyroid, medication and hormone replacement therapies. Etc 6.Treatment with other investigatory drug or other intervention within a specific time frame. 7.H/O drug or alcohol abuse. 8.Pregnant and lactating women.
