Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Adolescents from 13 to 19 years • All Sexes. • Students who are preparing in coaching institutes for medical & engineering entrance examinations. • Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) Score ranging from 14-26 (Moderate stress) & 27-40 (High perceived stress). • Scale of Academic Stress {(SAS) Academic Stress Scale (ASS)} score ranging from 38-90 (Average Academic Stress) and 91 & above (High Academic Stress).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • The students who will not be able to share/express their mental state in a better way, considered as excluded. • The students having significant intellectual deficits, will be considered as excluded.
