Intervention1: Yoga module for archery: 60 minutes of yoga module, 3 times a week for consecutive 8 weeks Control Intervention1: Usual routine: Routine archery training without additional intervention

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting Indian archers, who have played for at least state level archery competitions, and have been actively involved in archery practice for minimum last 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior exposure to Yoga in the last 6 months, history of any chronic ailment or medication or disability, or any form of addiction.
