Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Alcohol intake less than 20 gm 2. Hepatic Steatosis (CAP more than 250). 3. Metabolic Syndrome. 4. No other liver disease like hepatitis B,C, Wilson, hemochromatosis. 5. Metabolic Syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant Females. 2. Cardiovascular disease and Chronic illness. 3. H/o estrogens,steroids,valproic acids,methotrexate,tetracyclin,and tamoxifen, weigh loss medicine.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Addition of individual food itesm in diet and its effects such as Ginger,Turmeric,Amla,Carrot,and buttermilk in NAFLD Indian patients.Timepoint: 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Investigate the effect of individual food components and gut microbiome alteration in NAFLD patients using Metagenomic approach in stool samples.Timepoint: 3 months
