Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Young Adult 10 to 24 yrs of age Gender Any Individuals having Ocular symptoms and having score 2 or more on three pointer Likert Scale Individuals having Hot water head shower for more than 6 months Individuals having head shower twice a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals not willing to participate Individuals having ocular injuries any congenital ocular diseases etc Individuals using cold water for head showering Individuals having Hot water head shower for less than 6 months Individuals having Hot water head shower once a week
