Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Acute exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disease with Type 2 respiratory failure. Patients who are hemodynamically stable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not giving consent Patients with other lung diseases such as ILD ,Asthma ,Pulmonary TB Hemodynamic instability Patients with contraindications to NIV
