Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged above 16 years and below 60 years Patients diagnosed for Nasapratinaha based on clinical features of Nasapratinaha (Hypertrophy of Turbinates) with irrespective of gender caste religion socio economic status and chronicity. Patient were selected those are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other systemic diseases. Patients with epistaxis. Patients unfit for Kshara Karma. Nasal abstruction other than Hypertrophy of Turbinates.
