Inclusion criteria: Patients who are having chest pain or other angina equivalents with characterstic ST segment elevation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years, NSTEMI, Previous history of hemorrhagic stroke, Aortic dissection, Active Internal Bleeding, Bleeding Diathesis
