Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
CHANGE IN CUFF PRESSURE WITH CHANGE IN AIRWAY PRESSURETimepoint: 1.Baseline- Calibration of cuff pressure to 60cm H2O to Abdominal insufflation in neutral position. 2.Abdominal insufflations to Trendelenburg position 3.Trendelenburg position to neutral position to the end of surgery 4.Neutral position to peritoneal exsufflation

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Assess the routine over-inflation or under- deflation of LMA 2.-Relation of abdominal pressure to cuff pressure 3.Relation of angle of inclination to cuff pressureTimepoint: INTRA OPERATIVE PERIOD
