Inclusion criteria: Patient of all ages and both sexes are selected. All socio-economical classes will be considered

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency cases. (e.g., like – cerebral vascular stroke, Hypertensive headache, head injury etc). Subjects with active treatment for any other chronic disease. Cases with advanced pathological condition.
