Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA STATUS 2 or 3, NYHA CLASS 2, ELECTIVE SURGERY(CARDIAC)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetes, hypertension and congestive heart failure. Patients/Parents/Legal Guardians unwillingness.
