Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40-70 years Patients with shoulder pain & weakness in abduction & external rotation Patients with massive irreparable rotator cuff tears (Goutalliers stage 3 or more, retraction up to glenoid )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not fit to undergo a surgical procedure under General Anaesthesia Patients with advanced Glenohumeral arthritis (KL scale 3 or beyond). Patients with restriction of passive ROM Patients with other associated pathologies of shoulder joint. Patients with previous shoulder surgery
