Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over the age of 16 years regardless of the gender. 2. Patients with large periapical lesions of endodontic origin. 3. Patients planned for surgical intervention subsequent to conventional endodontics.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not planned for endodontic surgery. 2. All patients for medical reason who cannot undergo endodontic surgery because of systemic conditions 3. Patient denied to participate
