Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group above 65 years Both sexes. Patients volunteering

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients unwilling to take part or not giving consent to join the study. Substance abuse and/ or dependence. Self reported immune-compromised state. Undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease within the last 6 months.

Mother tincture Ginkgo Biloba homoeopathic medicine when prepared and administered according to homoeopathic principles is effective in geriatric disorder.Timepoint: Total duration of the study 6 months. The Study will be conducted over a period of 3 months for each patient with a follow-up duration of 15± 5 days for each patient.
