Inclusion criteria: All children aged 7 years to 15 years with precursor lymphoid neoplasm receiving induction chemotherapy who are admitted in wards/ ER of department of pediatrics, JIPMER

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children refusing therapy/referred or discharged to other institute
