Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 25 and 40 years. Male and female Neck pain on NPRS 5 or less than 5 CVA angle 50 degrees or less Provide informed consent and be willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded who were undergoing treatment for neck pain Having structural and functional scoliosis and hyperkyphosis Diagnosed neurological disorders, or musculoskeletal pathologies (such as a history of shoulder surgery, cervical or thoracic fractures, or whiplash injury) Psychological disorders any h/o of surgery around the shoulder and cervical regions Any congenital bony defects
