Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with age group 15 to 49 years. (2) Patients irrespective of gender, marital status , socio-economics status, religion, occupation etc. (3) Patients having haemoglobin range 7-10 gm% in female and 9-13% in male. (4) Patients of nutritional deficiency Anaemia only. (5) Patients who agree to sign consent form .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with age below 15 years and above 49 years. 2. Patient having Haemoglobin range less than 7gm% and more than 10 gm% in female less than 9gm% and more than 13 gm% in male 3. Pregnant and lactating women. 4. Any haemorrhagic condition. 5. Patients suffering from any systemic disease like renal, thyroid disorders etc. 6. Patient suffering from haematological disorders such sickle cell anaemia and thalassemia. 7. Patient suffering from Aplastic anaemia & haemolytic anaemia. 8. Patient not giving consent.
