Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of any gender. Age 18-60 years. Patients who have agreed to sign the informed consent form and follow up the protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 and above 60 years. Known case of Malignancy. Severe systemic diseases. Pregnant and lactating women. Unstable Patients Bedridden Patients Mentally retarded Patients Seriously ill patients.
