Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI between 25.0 to 29.9 kg/m2 2. Yogya for snehapana/ snehabasti as explained in Ayurveda classics 3. Persons who will give written consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Persons with skin diseases which will hamper assessment of twak mardavata/ snigdhata (softness and luster of skin) 2.Ano-rectal diseases 3.Persons taking other medication which will hamper the study 4.Pregnant and lactating mother 5.Persons with uncontrolled HTN and T2DM 6.Persons with cardiac issues
