Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy students without any history of illness for at least for last three months. Students who are willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Wounds, scars, or burns in the ear, Alcohol and smoking abuse, Previously diagnosed cardiological, neurological and psychological diseases, Presence of severe and acute physical or mental illness during study, Recent intake of any kind of drugs within a week, Participants during pregnancy and lactation.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome will be a reaction time measured by using the auditory and visual reaction time apparatus before and after the intervention.Timepoint: baseline and after a month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome will assess cognitive function using the validated MoCA( Montreal Cognitive Assessment) assessment tool.Timepoint: baseline and after a month
