Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Gridhrasi irrespective of its subtypes The presence of Ruka, Toda, Stambha, and Spandana in the Sphika, Kati, Uru, Janu, Jangha, and Pada. Presence of Ruka, Toda and Stambha along with Tandra, Gaurav, and Arochaka. Positive SLR test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindicated for Basti Karma and Agnikarma 2. Known case of any Major Illness: Potts Disease, AIDS, Malignancy. 3. Cases of Spondylolisthesis, Sacroiliac Arthritis, and Herpes Simplex infection causing radiating pain. 4. Debilitated patients, patients affected with multiple wounds, and cases with vertebral fractures. 5. Pregnancy
