Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients having calculus in Kidney , Ureter, and Bladder of size up to 10mm. 2)Patient suffering from Murtashmari . 3)Patient irrespective of gender, religion, economical status,education and occupation. 4)Patients between 18 and 60 yrs age . 5)Patients who are willing to participate . 6)Patient having calculus with no other consequence and reluctant for surgical intervention. 7)Mild Hydronephrosis and mild hydroureter. 8)Controlled diabetes mellitus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient having calculus in kidney, Ureter, and Bladder of size more than 10mm. 2)Renal failure . 3)Severe Hydronephrosis. 4)Acute retention of urine . 5)Severe obstructive neuropathy . 6)Patient having Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus , Malignancy, Uremia, Pyelonephritis. 7)Patient requiring emergency surgery.
