Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy male and female participant with age between 18-25 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any known chronic medical illness Diagnosed case of any psychiatric disorder Any substance abuse Participants with any physical limitation Participants pursuing surya namskar and/or raja yoga meditation since last one month Participants doing regular physical and any yogic exercise
