Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects of either gender in between the age group of 40 to 70 years subjects presenting with the lakshanas of janu sandhigata vata subjects presenting with the clinical features of osteoarthritis of knee joint subjects fit for swedana karma will be selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with the history of infective and neoplastic conditions of knee joint subjects presenting with the history of any other systemic disorders which may interfere with the course of treatment
