Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Patients undergoing Laparotomy in the age group of 18 to 80 years, including both these

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient undergoing laparotomy with age less than 18 and more than 80 years, patient not willing to participate, patients with psychiatric illness, who died in immediate postoperative period, who accidently removed drain and who received chemotherapy, radiotherapy 6 months prior to presentation
