Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students who have mild to moderate level of Nomophobia Students and their Parents, giving consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students , diagnosed with any kind of psychiatric illness and undergoing treatment
