Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients of age group 18 to 80 years admitted in ICU for more than 48 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Admission to ICU because of a primary acute neurological condition 2. History of delirium or pre existing chronic neurological conditions 3. Patients in whom delirium assessment cannot be done (RASS -5/-4) 4. Patients getting readmitted to the ICU during the same admission period
