Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for study participants : Between 18-70 yrs Age . Able to read, write & understand Hindi and or English language. Able to perform the exercise & willing to attend rehabilitation programme.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed as a case of STMI History of mental illness Pregnant patients Ejection fraction less than 40 Having any physical disability interfere in rehabilitation process such as vision or hearing defect, neurological, musculoskeletal conditions Refuse to participate and not signing the consent

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary out come will be 6 min walk test which will be assessed at discharge, 4-6 and 8-10 weeks of follow up.Timepoint: At dischage, 4-6 weeks and 10-12 weeks of follow up

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Biological variables : Lipid profile & HbA1c Physiological variables : Heart rate, blood pressure Physical variables : Weight, BMI, Waist circumference Psychological variables : Anxiety & Depression, quality of life Other variable : MortalityTimepoint: At dischage, 4-6 weeks and 10-12 weeks of follow up
