Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 60 years, Fulfilling diagnostic criteria, Irrespective of the gender, Willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person unfit for Swedana and Nasya, Known case of systemic illness, Known case of malignancy, Known case of psychiatric illness, Pregnant and lactating women, H/O Trauma, Complications of Cervical spondylosis
