Inclusion criteria: School-going adolescents of the 6-8th class will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic Illnesses like Tuberculosis or Inflammatory Bowel Disease 2. Lactose Intolerance 3. Any ongoing medications
