Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who are semi professional gymnast. age 18 to 45 years both males and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any cardiovascular diseases. Any recent fractures of lower and upper extremities. Participants who are not willing to participate in study
