Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from benign lip hyperpigmentation Age > 18years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women Patients having a keloid-forming tendency Smokers Patients using systemic retinoids. Patients who have multiple diffuse hyperpigmented lesions on the lips and/or systemic involvement consisting of lentiginosis syndrome, endocrine and metabolic disorders (e.g., Addison’s disease, Cushing’s disease, hyperthyroidism,), heavy metal toxicities, and HIV infection. Patients who recently underwent lip tattooing or lip augmentation less than 2 years ago. Patients who have history of herpes labialis
