Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age:30-60years 2. Gender: Male and Female 3. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) =140 mmHg and/or a diastolic blood pressure (DBP)=90 mmHg; with or without antihypertensive drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal disease 2. History of heart attack. 3. History of stroke or transient ischemic attack. 4. Congestive heart failure. 5. Severe liver disease. 6. Pregnancy or lactation period.
