Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having age between 6 - 15 year and 2. Patients having symptoms of Grahani Dosha i.e. Udarashula, Adhmana, Kshudhalpata, Hrillasa, Avipaka, Muhurbaddha Muhurdrava Mala Pravritti, Durgandhita Mala Pravritti, Bala Kshaya etc. 3.Patients having = 50% of above symptoms will be included in the study. 4. Patient having history of at least 2 months. (acc to andree rasquin et al)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having age below 6 year and above 15 year. Amoebiasis Tropical sprue and IBD Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative colitis Carcinoma of stomach and small intestine Patient suffering from congenital anomalies. Any serious life-threatening disease

1. To study the concept of Grahani Roga in Ayurvedic texts. 2. To study the etiopathogenesis of Grahani Roga related syndromes from modern point of view with special reference to FGIDs in children.Timepoint: Before trial, at 15th, 30th,45th and 60th day

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate Agni vikriti kar hetus w.s.r. to modern lifestyle and changing dietary habits. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of drug – Kaidyaryadi Gulika in the management of Grahani Roga in children. To evaluate the role of Life Style Intervention with Dietary Modification in management of Grahani roga. To evaluate the safety of drug.Timepoint: Before trial and at 60 th day
