Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age - Adult 30-40 years Gender - Female Individuals having day time sleep for more than 6 months. Individuals having sleep for 3 or more days in a week. Individuals having day time sleep for 30 minutes or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Grishma rutu. Pregnant women Individuals on long term medication. Individuals having day time sleep for less than 6 months Individuals having sleep for less 3 days in a week. Individuals having day time sleep for less than 30 minutes.
