Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Indian classical dancers western dancers Practicing dance form at least 1-2 hrs for 2days in a week with experience of minimum 4 years BMI:18.5-24.9Kg/m Both genders in the age group of 18 to 40 years Subject willing to participate and who can comprehend the demands

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dancers with the history of injury or surgery within 6 month Fracture of limbs and spine Musculoskeletal disorder, vascular disorder Any deformities of upper and lower limb Neurological condition that affect movement Dancers below the age of 18 and more then 40 years Pregnant women
