Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cricketers playing 3 times per week for 1 to 2 hours per training 2. Minimum of 1 year of play experience, with knowledge of the game

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cricketers with any current episode of lower back pain for three months 2. Discomfort contracting the core muscles 3. Any musculoskeletal injury in past 6 months 4. Any other associated neurological, cardio respiratory disorders which may hamper their cricket performance 5. Those who are regularly participating in overhead sports other than cricket
