Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Teeth with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis Teeth with normal tooth anatomy Class I or II medical history (American Society of Anesthesiologists)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic to local anesthesia Periodontally compromised teeth. Teeth with vertical fracture
